Posy passed away on December 20, 2000
The world will miss a very Special Lady!
Posy was originally diagnosed with lymphoma in 1995. Through surgery, this condition was 'solved' and she has been free from it since '95. However, in May of 2000 a different type of cancer was discovered. The following is our set of emails that have been sent to friends and family about her condition. Each is dated with the original sending date for reference.
Although this page is for friends and family, it may also provide some insight to others that have contracted cancer.
In publishing this information on the Internet, we are not attempting to solicit information or suggestions from others on how to treat Posy's illness. Nor are we attempting to tell anyone else how or what to do about their particular cancer.
Cancer and how we handle what we do about it is a very personal choice and requires much personal interaction, knowledge and soul searching about the disease and the people involved. No one has all the information and we all must make our own independent best choices.
