Sunset Mobile Home Park

The Park

Our home is located in the Sunset Mobile Home Park. There is a single entrance/exit located at Sandstone and North Boise Avenue. It is just off Eisenhower Boulevard (Highway 34) and Boise - two blocks south of McGraff's restaurant. The entrance is posted 'No Soliciting' which detours door to door solicitors. (Solicitors are usually reported quickly to the manager, who escorts them from the park.) The park is a senior only park. Residents must be 55 or older and will be interviewed by the owner for acceptance into the park. Each home is owner occupied only, renting is not allowed. The park is relatively new (12 years) and well maintained. Park regulations are available from the park manager.

Park rent for our 1/4 plus acre lot is currently $498.16 per month. Extra utility fees are added for water, sewer, etc. Electricity, gas and other city/utility fees are paid separately.
