Hi Everyone,
Just a quick note to let you know that Posy went to the doctor on Wednesday and had her next chemo (second Gemzar). Her white and platelet count had risen to a level high enough to allow the chemo to continue. The steroid didn't jazz her like before and she has been resting most of today. She is scheduled for her chemo weekly but we will test each time for blood levels and wait a week if they are too low. Wednesday a CA-125 blood marker was taken and we won't know the results of that test or the effectiveness of the Gemzar until next week. I have scheduled Posy for a draining of her abdomen and lung for next Thursday and chemo on Friday. I'll let you know more next week.
